im 38 weeks and 4 days i got really bad period like pains and lower back pain comes and goes had it since thursday night what does it mean?

im 38 weeks i have signed paper to be induced on october 6th my due date is october 13th just wont to get some feed back on it

38 weeks pregnant found out i am a diabetic I am having a big baby 9 lbs they are doing an intenal aultrasound tuesday 1/19/2010 to see exactly how big the baby is weather to induce me or a c-section i will be 39 weeks 1/25/2010

almost 39 weeks pregnant and for the last few days i have been craming pretty bad along with really bad lower back pains which run down my back,any ideas?
